By accessing or using services provided by Creativlix Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Creativlix Technologies provides IT consulting, web and application development, system administration, AI implementation, training, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.
Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created during a project will transfer to the client upon full payment. Creativlix Technologies retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the engagement.
Payment terms will be specified in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by applicable law.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creativlix Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days' written notice. The client shall be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
